Fields of War, 2nd Edition containing the complete orignal text and graphics and, in addition, over 800 B&W and full color photographs, website links, and updated information is available from paypal only for $12.99. A CD containing a password protected 150 Mb pdf format file will be sent. A pdf file can be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader software which is available at no cost from the Adobe website at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Also included are 135 First and Second World War maps prepared by the United States Military Academy. Most maps are also high resolution pdf files, but some are older, low resolution gif or jpg formats that can be read with most photograph imaging software.
